Types of therapeutic modalities I offer
In my work, I practise integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, compassion focused therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) approaches, and models of attachment and trauma. I aim to provide a client-centred approach, within a safe and non-judgemental environment to better understand their difficulties, promote psychological wellbeing, rediscover their strengths and live a more fulfilling life.
