Types of therapeutic Modalities I offer

In my work, I practice integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, compassion focused therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) approaches, and models of attachment and trauma. I have experience of offering therapy to individuals, couples and families as well as to groups.
